In this episode I reflect on how we often make birth more complicated than it actually is....and the 3 times in my career the babies came so quickly that I had to help out. I talk about the rare precipitous labor (less than 4 hours) compared to normal long labors around 24 hours for a first time birthing person and 8-14 for a multip. Enjoy! XOXO Heidi
